You are buying 120 glitter pens, that consists of 60 pens and 60 refills. The pens have been used by an adult for letter writing and all pens are at least 85% full. The refills have never been opened. I have included an example of a color I used often to show you the ink level. Included is a carrying case. In the photo with all of the pens, the left and right panels fold in and the entire case can be zipped up for traveling. -- All our items come from a smoke- and pet-free home and are adult-owned.
